Marrow are a student-led project who work with charity Anthony Nolan, fundraising for them, and encouraging students to sign up to be on the bone marrow register to save the lives of those diagnosed with blood cancer.
They need the help of volunteers to encourage others to register themselves, and spread awareness about the cause! This is a great way of finding out more about the group, and seeing how you could maybe get involved in the future.
If you can’t help out on the stall, but still want to be involved, drop by and register by giving a spit sample. It only takes 5 minutes, and you could potentially save a life!
When? Thursday 23rd February, 1pm – 4pm
Where? Outside Greenfield Library, QMC Medical School
Anything else? If you’d like to help out on the stall, sign up below. If you’re just wanting to get yourself on the register, drop in at any time
